2025 Practice Information
Practices will be held at Arden United Methodist Church in Martinsburg.
Practices will be Wednesday,Thursday & Friday 5:00-6:00,6:00-7:00,7:00-8:00
Open Gyms, conditioning & scrimmages will be on Saturdays.
December & January Practice Times Per Team
Practice Dates will be given out after players have been split into teams. The following teams will practice on the following days:
Aces- Team 1- Wed-5:00-6:00 & Thurs-6:00-7:00
Aces- Team 2 - Thurs-5:00-6:00 & Fri- 5:00-6:00
Liberos- Team 1- Wed- 6:00-7:00 & Thurs-7:00-8:00
Liberos- Team 2 - Wed-7:00-8:00 & Fri-6:00-7:00
Once teams are assigned, you will get a TeamLinkt code which will have the specific dates of practices, open gyms & scrimmages. If your daughter is in another activity and you need to be on a certain team, please let me know as soon as you sign up and I will try to accommodate the best I can.
